This optional service is truly remarkable. Using my infrared (IR) camera, I can detect hidden issues behind finished surfaces in your building. If there are finished walls or ceilings in living areas, basements, or attics that are part of the exterior structure, my IR camera can identify insulation gaps and concealed problems—without the need for destructive testing. This advanced imaging technology captures and measures thermal energy emitted by objects, allowing me to map and interpret temperature variations. These thermal readings can reveal serious issues that are invisible to the naked eye or conventional photography.
